The OCA Board has voted to present recommendations for  proposed changes to the Declaration, which includes the implementation of a Community Contribution Fee to be assessed at the time of a unit sale and paid by the buyer.

Hard copies can be picked up at the Business Office at 600 North Trail, Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Building monitors at both clubhouses will have the documents available to distribute to residents on weekends and after hours.

Unit owners are asked to review the documents and vote to either accept or reject the proposed changes. Proxies and supporting materials will be sent via the United States Postal Service in the next week. We expect residents to receive this mailing on Sept. 7 or shortly thereafter.

The completed proxies must be received by Nov 8, 2023. They can be mailed, dropped off at the NCB during business hours or brought to a special “Unit Owners Meeting” that will occur on Nov. 8 at 7 p.m. in the North Clubhouse.

An affirmative vote of 67% of all unit owners eligible to vote for their units is required to pass.
