2023 Pruning Cycle: This year’s pruning cycle is slated to kick off Monday June 19th, weather pending. We will be utilizing the same contractor, Lemos Landscaping.

The scheduling of areas is going to change slightly this year. Once again opposed to the given dates typically assigned to each area, we will be identifying them as Section 1 through Section 9. All sections will be done in consecutive order. Once the program begins, the next scheduled section will be notified 3 days prior – via our One-Call system. Communication will be both a robo-call and an eblast, to only the units in that given section. This is an attempt to not only expedite the pruning timing but to keep all residents informed for any rain delays or outside factors that may typically push off previously scheduled dates.

Again, we will be using pink ribbon to identify specific shrubs residents do not want pruned by the contractor.

The amber reflectors mounted on the exterior of the unit are to signify “no pruning” of the ENTIRE foundation area. Reflectors can be installed by our staff when requested via work order.

We have changed the ribbon color for shrub removal to a Hi-Viz green so not to be mistaken for “no-pruning.” Green ribbons are attached to shrubs by the ground’s supervisor during inspections for removals.

The pink ribbon will be distributed to residents to tie off on shrubs they specifically request not to be pruned. Ribbons are available for pickup at the NCB business office, OV maintenance office. Rolls will be handed out to maintenance reps to distribute within their districts.
